"Please make sure that you have full read and write access to including all files and subfolders"이라고 안내하는 것처럼 토드에 읽고 쓰기에 대한 액세스를 부여해야 할 것으로 보입니다.

임의의 폴더를 열고 %appdata% 를 입력한 다음, 이동합니다.

Quest Software 폴더로 이동합니다. 다음과 비슷한 경로이며, 컴퓨터 이름에 따라 UserName 부분은 달라질 수 있습니다.

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle

Toad for Oracle 폴더로 이동합니다.

SettingsLocations.ini 파일을 열어서 AppData 경로를 확인하여 수정합니다.
